What a remarkable year it has been for SA Disability Care Pty Ltd! As an NDIS and HCP-registered provider, our commitment to professional, person-centered care across South Australia has never been stronger. We’ve made great strides in ensuring older Australians and those living with a disability can live with dignity, confidence, and independence.

This has been a year of major milestones for SA Disability Care. We are larger, but we have also made more of an impact.

The past year saw significant growth and positive measurable results.

  • Serving More People: We helped more than 600 clients and participants on both NDIS and aged care packages.
  • High Satisfaction: We achieved a phenomenal 95% satisfaction rating among participants and families, according to independent surveys.
  • Workforce Growth: Our dedicated team grew to over 250 employees , a testament to our organisation’s success and commitment to local employment.
  • Operational Excellence: We successfully implemented a new digital care management solution which streamlined rostering and reporting, significantly reducing the bureaucratic workload for our frontline staff.
Financial Health

SA Disability Care expanded in a sustainable manner, demonstrating effective financial management.

  • Revenue: $3.9 million for FY 2024-2025 , a significant increase versus $3.0 million in the previous financial year.
  • End-of-Year Surplus: The end-of-year surplus is $700,000 , confirming we are operating effectively and are financially sound.
  • Reinvestment: This positive performance allows us to reinvest in our team, continue innovation, and develop community partnerships.

Comprehensive Services Provided

We offer a broad range of services tailored to individual needs.

NDIS Services

We provide support to enable participants to achieve well-being and independence, including:

  • Assistance with personal care, meal prep, and home management (Unseated care).
  • Community Participation (social, recreational, and educational activities).
  • Supported Independent Living (SIL) options for 24-hour care in shared or solo housing.
  • Short Term Accommodation (STA), or respite services, which provide temporary support.
  • Support Coordination to help participants understand and use their NDIS plans.
Aged Care Services

Our goal is to help older Australians remain safe and independent in their own homes.

  • Help with bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and household tasks (Social and Domestic).
  • In-Home Nursing and Clinical Care (e.g., medication management, wound care).
  • Home maintenance and modification to enhance safety and accessibility.
  • Care Coordination and Case management for an appropriate and well-managed care plan.
Strategic Priorities for 2025-2026

We’re not stopping here! Our focus for the next financial year includes:

  • Service Expansion: Furthering our service offer in additional regional locations.
  • Digital Innovation: Strengthening our digital solutions to support decision-making.
  • Aged Care Transition: Moving all Home Care Package clients to the new Support at Home Program.
  • Workforce Development: Recruiting and developing a talented workforce that reflects the diverse communities we serve.
  • Service Integration: Integrating more of the allied health services.
