Our services are individualised and tailored to suit individual needs and assist participants to reach their individual goals. Services offered by SA Disability Care include:
Assistance to learn and develop the skills that allow you to be independent (e.g. hygiene, nutrition, social skills, language, or using transport).
Assistance or supervision of daily personal tasks (e.g. bathing, dressing, meals, attending appointments, mobility).
Working with your health care professionals to manage medication, diabetes, pressure and other wounds, and transitioning from hospital to home.
Our support workers provide the assistance you need to participate in social or community activities, go shopping, play a sport or attend a family event.
Support to understand and implement the funded supports in your plan and link you to qualified providers.
Assistance with everyday household tasks (e.g. vacuuming, dishwashing, house cleaning, clothes washing, making beds, lawn mowing and gardening).
Travel wherever you need to go, either with our drivers or assistance to navigate public transport independently. We will get you anywhere safely and on time.
Manage your NDIS funding to purchase and pay supports you need giving you more control of your NDIS budget.
We support participants to access mainstream sport competitions, modified activities, or disability specific programs depending on individual skill level.
