Passionate and experienced NDIS support workers

SA Disability Care is a privately-owned organisation delivering support services to participants under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). Our team of passionate and experienced support workers are committed to providing participants with individualised services to help improve their quality of life.

Our staff know the ins and outs of the NDIS and are ready to provide tailored care solutions, including physical and positive behavior support.

We prioritise equipping all of our staff with the fundamental skills and knowledge to anticipate any situation and take the appropriate measures to assist participants in their care.

At SA Disability Care, our main objectives are to create an environment that fosters understanding, genuine relationships, optimism and empowerment within all our participants and their loved ones.

Our Mission

Our mission is to promote and enhance the quality of life of NDIS participants that are entrusted into our care. We achieve this by making sure our participants are our priority and are at the forefront of everything we do.
We cultivate an environment that promotes empowerment, a sense of belonging, respect, and dignity. We strive to create a reputation within our CALD communities for delivering a high standard of care and to continuously work on our skill and service development.
