SA Disability Care (NSW Branch) offers support services to participants of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) aged 18-64 years, with a wide range of disabilities. Services are available in Greater Western Sydney Region.
We collaborates with those experiencing disability to help them improve well-being, health and resilience for more independent living. Working together with participants, their family and the community around them, we provide support services that build better structures for better quality day-to-day living.
At SA Disability Care (NSW Branch), we understand that support services are never one-size-fits-all. Each participant receives an individual care plan that supports how they experience disability.
Our services are tailored to suit individual needs and ensure participants can use their voice and exercise choice and control with the supports they receive.
We are a registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provider and have staff that are highly skilled to provide supports tailored to your needs. We ensure all our support workers are adaptable and open so that participants feel comfortable around them and are able to voice whatever concerns they may have.
95% percent of our support workers, volunteers and key administrative staff are bilingual or multilingual and many have volunteered for many years in leadership roles for a range of Bhutanese, Burmese, Indian, Afghan, Cambodian, African and Nepali Community groups.
